Key responsibilities & impact

Own the day-to-day execution layer of construction projects across field crews and clients
Actively run coordination across multiple live projects in real time
Ensure communication between field execution and client delivery
Manage ~10 project stages per job
Coordinate Spanish-speaking field crews and handle client communication
Ensure CRM data aligns with real-world progress
Identify and resolve project stall points through direct coordination
Manage client inquiries and translate technical updates into client communication
Generate structured cost outputs using AI estimation tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required for direct field crew coordination
Proven experience in project coordination, construction ops, or field-based execution roles
Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously without losing detail
Strong comfort communicating directly with field crews and clients under pressure
Experience using CRM systems for real-time operational tracking
Ability to resolve issues independently before escalation
Strong tolerance for fast-paced, high-interruption operational environments
Must be proactive—waiting for instructions is a failure mode
Must be comfortable operating across unclear or partially built systems
