Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in SDR, inside sales, or lead generation roles with live call experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish, able to switch mid-conversation without losing control
- Proven track record of persistent follow-up (beyond 2–3 attempts)
- Able to run and manage your own pipeline without reminders or supervision
- Comfortable handling daily live calls, including rejection-heavy conversations
- Willing to work US-aligned hours in a fully remote, async environment
