About the role
- Oversee all revenue-generating functions within the company.
- Lead and grow our distributed sales team.
- Guide regional sales managers and set strategic direction for outbound sales.
- Design and implement company-wide sales plans to hit revenue targets.
- Optimize KPIs across the sales funnel.
- Hire, train, and manage high-performing sales talent.
- Create career growth plans and lead performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams.
- Report directly to the executive team with forecasting and performance analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in virtual staffing or SaaS).
- Demonstrated success managing and scaling remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Deep familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Kixie, and Zoom sales environments.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
