About the role

  • Electrical design and documentation
  • Creation of circuit and wiring diagrams using EPLAN P8
  • Preparation of terminal, cable and wiring diagrams
  • Creation of PLC/SPS I/O diagrams and safety circuits
  • Development of manufacturing/production plans
  • Generation and maintenance of bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Maintenance of article and order numbers
  • Management of equipment data
  • Coordination with Purchasing and Warehouse
  • CAD-based hardware planning

  • Planning of machine and plant wiring
  • Technical design & standards

  • Standards-compliant labeling
  • Project coordination
  • Technical coordination with customers, suppliers and internal departments
  • Support for project kick-offs
  • Assistance with final on-site acceptance tests

  • Documentation of plan changes
  • Version control
  • Maintenance and updating of technical documentation
  • Master data management
  • Maintenance and expansion of EPLAN databases
  • Integration of existing data from WSCAD into EPLAN

Requirements

  • Completed training or further qualification as a technician, master craftsman or engineer (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, or an equivalent qualification
  • Confident user of EPLAN P8
  • Knowledge of relevant standards (DIN/EN/IEC)
  • Structured, careful and self-reliant working style
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for project-related assignments
  • Knowledge of WSCAD and AutoCAD/Fusion desirable
