About the role
- Responsibility for the product backlog, including structuring, maintaining and prioritizing requirements
- Planning, managing and monitoring development packages and releases
- Capturing, analyzing and preparing customer and user requirements in a structured way
- Facilitating technical alignment between development, customers and internal stakeholders
- Participating in tests, reviews and acceptance procedures from a functional and user perspective
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in software development, product management or product ownership
- Proven experience in requirements management, ideally for complex and safety-critical systems
- Very good understanding of modern operation and user interaction concepts for technical applications
- Solid understanding of daily stage operations as well as the different operating modes and configurations
- Hands-on experience with stage control systems
- Experience documenting user requirements using user stories, use cases and functional specifications
- Knowledge of functional safety, ideally in the context of EN ISO 61508 or comparable standards
- Familiarity with agile development methods; PSPO certification or a comparable qualification is a plus
- Structured, analytical working style as well as strong communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
