About the role
- Perform day-to-day financial accounting
- Review, code and post incoming and outgoing invoices
- Manage payment transactions and monitor open items
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Support tax filings (e.g., VAT returns)
- Liaise with tax advisors, auditors and internal departments
- Archive and maintain accounting documentation
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
- Experience with international tax law
- Proficient in common accounting software and MS Office
- Structured, meticulous and independent working style
- Strong numerical aptitude and sense of responsibility
- Team player and reliable
- Good communication skills and solid English proficiency
