About the role

  • Perform day-to-day financial accounting
  • Review, code and post incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Manage payment transactions and monitor open items
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Support tax filings (e.g., VAT returns)
  • Liaise with tax advisors, auditors and internal departments
  • Archive and maintain accounting documentation

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance
  • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
  • Experience with international tax law
  • Proficient in common accounting software and MS Office
  • Structured, meticulous and independent working style
  • Strong numerical aptitude and sense of responsibility
  • Team player and reliable
  • Good communication skills and solid English proficiency
