About the role

  • Take full ownership of high-impact projects alongside the founders — from concept to execution
  • Drive the product vision and strategy for our GTM Engine & AI Agents, contributing your own ideas
  • Define and track key metrics (AARRR, North Star) to inform decision-making and growth
  • Design and optimize AI workflows and low-latency inference pipelines that power our ventures

Requirements

  • Curiosity to explore AI, SaaS, and venture building
  • Ambition to take ownership and deliver rapid results (client-facing)
  • Hands-on mentality and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Prior experience with Claude Code and Cursor is required
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (Framer, Webflow, Figma) is highly valued
