Key responsibilities & impact

Take full ownership of high-impact projects alongside the founders — from concept to execution
Drive the product vision and strategy for our GTM Engine & AI Agents, contributing your own ideas
Define and track key metrics (AARRR, North Star) to inform decision-making and growth
Design and optimize AI workflows and low-latency inference pipelines that power our ventures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Curiosity to explore AI, SaaS, and venture building
Ambition to take ownership and deliver rapid results (client-facing)
Hands-on mentality and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Prior experience with Claude Code and Cursor is required
Familiarity with CMS tools (Framer, Webflow, Figma) is highly valued
