About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- fully integrate into agency day-to-day operations and collaborate with Germany’s top influencers
- support in planning and executing influencer campaigns
- manage and support our influencers
- negotiate terms and prepare contracts
- assist our creators in growing their channels
- analyze campaigns based on KPIs, ROI and conversions
- support our clients in selecting suitable influencers
Requirements
What you’ll need- at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing
- strong knowledge of major social media platforms
- ideally experience in sales, account management, business development or negotiations
- good sense for trends and developments in the marketing industry
- strong communication skills and ability to liaise with influencers and brands
- confident in price and contract negotiations
- creativity and performance mindset with a focus on measurable results and ROI
