Working Student — Influencer Marketing & Strategy

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fully integrate into the agency's day-to-day operations and work with a variety of German influencers
- Advise our exclusive talent on content strategy, platform positioning and growth
- Prepare and conduct strategy calls with creators
- Analyze social media performance (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create engaging presentations and concepts for content optimization
- Support the development of creative content ideas and formats
- Work closely with our Talent Management team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled student in Media and Communication Studies, Business Administration/Economics, or a related field
- Experience in social media
- Ideally, previous experience in influencer marketing
- Solid knowledge of common social media platforms
- A strong sense for trends and different target audiences
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
