Key responsibilities & impact

Dive fully into agency life and work with the biggest German influencers
Support the planning and implementation of influencer campaigns
Manage and maintain relationships with our influencers
Negotiate terms and prepare contracts
Help our creators grow and develop their channels
Discover and analyze new social media trends and tools
Support our clients in selecting the right influencers
Analyze campaign results and optimize future strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

You should have at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing and be very familiar with major social media platforms
It's important that you have a strong sense for trends and developments in the marketing industry
You must be a strong communicator and able to liaise effectively with both influencers and brands
Teamwork is essential, as you will work closely with other team members
Negotiation skills are one of your strengths: you confidently conduct pricing and contract negotiations with influencers and brands
Creativity and performance-driven thinking go hand in hand for you: you develop innovative campaign ideas with a clear focus on measurable results and ROI
