About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in drafting, reviewing and adapting contracts for collaborations and partnerships
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners to clarify legal and contractual issues
- Organize and continuously update our contract management to ensure efficient documentation
- Careful filing and administration of contracts and related documents to maintain a structured overview
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in law or a comparable legal discipline
- Solid knowledge of contract law and experience drafting, reviewing and managing contracts, ideally in a digital environment
- Precise working style to ensure contracts are prepared correctly from both legal and substantive perspectives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and contracts in parallel while keeping deadlines in sight
- Independent and structured way of working
