About the role
- Start hands-on as an Influencer Manager to gain an in-depth understanding of the business
- Work actively in the day-to-day as Team Lead and personally manage selected influencer campaigns
- Take full technical and disciplinary responsibility for your team of Influencer Managers
- Conduct regular needs assessments and own KPI tracking and reporting
- Design and implement optimization strategies
- Support and manage influencers
- Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns
- Negotiate terms and prepare contracts
- Serve as the communication interface with other leadership levels and help implement company strategy
Requirements
- Several years of solid experience in influencer management
- Proven experience leading a team (both technical and disciplinary), including goal setting, performance reviews, prioritization and professional development
- Make data-driven decisions and experience developing, analyzing and optimizing KPIs
- Experience building efficient processes, tools and reporting structures
- Clear, structured and inspiring communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
