About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement the enterprise logistics operating model supporting AI factory and data center deployment programs.
  • Establish logistics governance, standards, processes, performance metrics, and risk management practices across OFCI deployment activities.
  • Create standardized logistics playbooks covering transportation, storage, receiving, inspection, asset tracking, preservation, commissioning readiness, and equipment turnover.
  • Provide functional leadership to site-based OFCI logistics teams supporting active construction projects.
  • Lead the development and administration of logistics systems, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide end-to-end visibility into manufacturing, shipping, customs, delivery, storage, and site readiness milestones.
  • Establish logistics data governance standards and partner with supply chain and systems teams to integrate logistics data into enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Develop processes that ensure visibility into supplier manufacturing, production, shipping, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, freight providers, customs brokers, and project teams to support critical equipment movement and deployment schedules.
  • Identify logistics risks and implement mitigation strategies related to transportation, customs, supplier delays, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Establish and oversee import compliance and customs governance programs supporting global sourcing activities.
  • Manage standards for trade compliance, customs documentation, tariff considerations, and country-of-origin reporting.
  • Monitor evolving trade regulations and geopolitical risks that may impact project schedules and costs.
  • Develop operational frameworks for warehouse, storage, and material management activities supporting major deployment sites.
  • Oversee inventory control, asset tracking, material distribution, and temporary storage strategies to ensure deployment continuity.
  • Establish inventory visibility and reporting standards across warehouse and storage operations.
  • Establish standards for equipment receiving, inspection, preservation, damage reporting, and warranty compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and project teams to maintain manufacturer warranty requirements during storage and staging.
  • Lead audit, reporting, and corrective action processes for damaged or non-conforming equipment.
  • Support project teams with logistics planning, equipment sequencing, staging strategies, and commissioning readiness activities.
  • Drive consistent execution across deployment sites through standardized processes, reporting, training, and operational reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Construction Management, International Trade, Business, or related field required
  • 12+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, infrastructure deployment, global trade, or mission-critical construction environments
  • Demonstrated experience developing enterprise logistics programs, governance frameworks, and operating models
  • Strong experience with global transportation, customs compliance, import/export regulations, and trade management
  • Experience implementing logistics management systems, asset tracking platforms, dashboards, or supply chain visibility tools
  • Experience supporting large-scale data center, energy, industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, or mission-critical infrastructure programs
  • Strong understanding of equipment receiving, preservation, warranty compliance, and commissioning readiness requirements
  • Experience managing 3PL providers, distributors, customs brokers, freight forwarders, or warehouse operations
  • Proven ability to lead matrixed organizations and influence project teams without direct reporting authority
  • Strong executive communication, program management, and organizational leadership capabilities
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to supplier factories, logistics hubs, warehouses, and project sites
