About the role
- Monitor the credit portfolio, ensuring compliance with established criteria and acting proactively to identify risks.
- Conduct concurrent analysis of client records, credit information, documents and collateral, ensuring consistency and alignment with internal policies.
- Prepare well-founded technical opinions on risks and credit transactions.
- Control adherence to deadlines (SLAs), recording actions and non-conformities in management tools.
- Develop operational reports and portfolio performance dashboards, monitoring the quality of transactions.
- Propose improvements to processes, workflows and systems, supporting the update of the area's templates and checklists.
- Ensure confidentiality and responsibility in handling financial, legal and registration information.
Requirements
- Solid experience in credit analysis and portfolio monitoring.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the development of performance indicators.
- Knowledge of risk mitigation and document compliance.
- Analytical, agile and results-oriented profile.
- Previous experience with FIDCs, securitization companies and financial institutions.
