About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active participation in the sales of grid-relevant components as well as BESS, wind and PV infrastructure with a clear focus on implementation and deal closure
- Identification, development and cultivation of customer and partner relationships (e.g., project developers, EPCs, installers, energy companies)
- Support in the establishment and further development of sales structures across Europe, with a focus on concrete market activities
- Independent handling of sales projects — from initial contact through to contract signing
- Technical consulting for customers and acting as the interface between engineering, product and sales
- Contribution to the ongoing development of the product portfolio based on market feedback
- Monitoring of relevant market and technology trends in the renewable energy sector
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technically-minded, hands-on professional with a sales orientation
- Excellent German and English skills; additional European language skills are an advantage
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field — alternatively a technical or trade apprenticeship with appropriate further training
- First to several years of professional experience (approx. 2–5 years) in the field of renewable energies (e.g., PV, wind, BESS, energy infrastructure)
- Experience in technical sales, project business or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality: you execute rather than just coordinate
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence in customer interactions
- High willingness to travel within Europe
- Ambition to help build and grow a company, not just occupy a role
