About the role
- Active participation in videos & stories: Present yourself authentically and creatively on camera.
- Content creation: Photo and video capture at clients and events—visually document special moments.
- Photo & video editing: Independently edit photos and videos and create appealing graphics.
- Social media concept development: Develop creative concepts and formats for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Competitor analysis: Monitor trends and competitors to create innovative content.
- Brand ambassador: Be the face of a shopping center on its social media channels.
- Event coverage: Document events and in-center activities planned together in photo and video.
- Flexible roles: Depending on the story, work sometimes in front of and sometimes behind the camera.
- Creative input: Actively contribute your own ideas for new video formats and storytelling.
- Collaboration in editing: Assist with cutting and editing, working closely with the team.
Requirements
- You are an up-and-coming creator based in Berlin
- You are eager for new challenges, want to gain visibility, and wish to develop creatively
- You are reliable, communicative, and enjoy being both in front of and behind the camera
- Experience in photography and videography
- Experience with Canva, Capcut and ideally Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere
- At least 3 months of work experience, experience from other fields is welcome
- Understanding of social media
- Interest in fashion and shopping
- Organized
- Fluent in English and German
- Good writing skills
- Flexible working hours, occasionally including evenings and weekends
