About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with ad hoc Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) projects and reporting
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections activities
- Assist with daily cash application processes and reconciliation activities
- Support client billing functions and related financial documentation
- Assist with contract activation processes and tracking
- Provide ad hoc support for finance-related system integrations and process improvements
- Assist with position management clean-up activities in Workday to ensure alignment with budgeted headcount
- Compile, organize, and analyze financial data for leadership review
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, and other internal teams
- Perform additional administrative and finance-related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
