About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory or domain plan to expand Savista’s market footprint
  • Prospect and build strong relationships with C-Suite and executive-level stakeholders at target and assigned accounts
  • Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Create and position bundled, innovative solution packages that align Savista’s capabilities with customer needs
  • Deliver measurable financial impact for prospects and customers by aligning solutions to their strategic, operational, and financial objectives
  • Coordinate efforts across Savista Operations business units (domestic and global), Strategy, and subject matter experts to support end-to-end solutions and strategic outsourcing deals
  • Partner with internal teams—including Operations, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Implementations and Client Success—to ensure alignment of strategy, pricing, and handoffs
  • Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline development, account planning, and competitive assessments
  • Serve as the executive contact for customers until appropriate transition to the Client Success Manager
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Savista’s full-service portfolio, features, benefits, and differentiators
  • Understand customer operations, industry trends, regulatory dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform positioning and strategy
  • Deliver clear, compelling presentations to clients of varying sizes and backgrounds; adapt communication style and tactics based on real-time feedback
  • Translate complex information into concise, compelling value propositions and business cases
  • Lead complex negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders; seek common ground and drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships throughout the sales cycle by demonstrating consistency, transparency, and professionalism
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts; monitor customer activity and satisfaction to support long-term growth
  • Ensure customer expectations are well defined, achievable, and aligned to Savista’s capabilities
  • Demonstrate exceptional responsiveness to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to inform product enhancements, process improvements, and strategic recommendations
  • Champion customer-centric behaviors internally to reinforce a culture of service excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with strong healthcare revenue cycle experience required, and professional services environments
  • Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals at the C-Suite level
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full sales cycle and meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse internal teams without formal authority
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize new technologies (ie: AI, Chat GPT, etc.) to drive and recommend efficiencies and improvements.
