Field Sales Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interface directly with potential customers, explaining the benefits of our products
- Meet real people, solve real problems and help customers transform how they live and work in their communities
- Work outdoors, staying away from home 1-2 nights per week
- Help customers choose the right package (alongside broadband, we offer WiFi mesh, VoIP phone and security products)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in a business to consumer environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques within the sales cycle and how to mitigate and overcome pushbacks
- Able to engage with customers from different areas, researching specific area knowledge and traits to communicate with them effectively and easily, both in verbal and written format
- Strong customer experience skills to build rapport and follow up with any queries in a confident customer focused manner
- Knowledgeable in using a CRM is desirable
