About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple seniority levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Source and engage top tech talent through proactive outbound approaches.
  • Manage interview processes and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting metrics and optimize pipelines for speed and quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical or digital roles.
  • Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, with Workable considered a plus.
  • Experience using recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Eligible to work in Greece and based in Athens.
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives or graduate recruitment is a plus.
