About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • **What Your Day Might Look Like:**
  • - Design, develop, and execute proactive, below-the-line targeted campaigns — covering migration, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell — aligned with enterprise mobile commercial objectives.
  • - Manage the full campaign lifecycle: audience selection, offer definition, channel strategy, scheduling, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • - Help track campaign performance against key metrics (conversion rate, revenue uplift, NPS) and flag optimisation opportunities.
  • - Analyse customer datasets to identify behavioural patterns, commercial opportunities, and target populations.
  • - Use analytical and data-mining tools (primarily IBM SPSS Modeller) to support segmentation and targeting decisions.
  • - Assist in building and refining customer segmentation models as your skills develop.
  • - Prepare and maintain regular campaign performance reports and presentations.
  • - Support cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Sales, Finance, CRM) with data and insight inputs.
  • - Translate analytical findings into clear summaries for business stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • **Your Superpowers🚀:**
  • - 4+ years of experience in CVM, CRM, marketing analytics, data analysis, or a closely related field ideally within telecoms or another high-complexity, data-rich industry
  • - Exposure to analytical or data-mining tools; familiarity with IBM SPSS Modeller is a plus but not a prerequisite — we care more about your analytical mindset than a specific tool.
  • - Some understanding of customer lifecycle concepts (retention, upsell, churn) is welcome; B2B or telecoms experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • - Comfort working with data and a genuine interest in translating numbers into business stories.
  • - Basic SQL or experience with CRM/campaign management platforms is appreciated.

  • - Organised and reliable — you manage your time well and follow through on commitments even when priorities shift.

  • - A collaborative, team-first attitude — good communication matters as much as technical skill.
  • - A willingness to learn the telecoms business from the ground up.
  • - Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related analytical discipline — or equivalent practical experience.
  • - Good command of English (written and verbal).
