About the role

  • Own accounts: ensure projects are executed flawlessly when delivered by you or Product Owners under your watch, safeguarding budget and profitability and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Drive account growth through excellent client relationships, understanding needs and contributing to pre-sales cycles.
  • Collaborate across teams: communicate with clients and internal teams to track project status and future needs.
  • Design delivery roadmaps: set success criteria and KPIs, mitigate risks, and ensure effective project delivery.
  • Build strategic relationships with clients: act as trusted partner, address real needs, communicate risks, explain technological trade-offs and design win-win solutions.
  • Lead delivery activities: participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and design sessions with a variety of experts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in tech, with exposure in delivery of Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or Analytics projects.
  • Proven track record (at least 3 years) as a project manager or product owner in agile environments delivering tech projects, preferably data related.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) coupled with proven delivery experience.
  • Account Management: Experience in managing senior client or internal stakeholder and building relationships beyond day to day delivery of projects; identifying new opportunities and proposing feasible ways forward.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
  • (Nice to have) Data Science or Software Engineering experience with writing quality code as part of a team.
  • (Nice to have) Project Management certifications (Agile or Waterfall).
  • (Nice to have) Extensive experience in Energy and/or Financial Sector.
