About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with founders and hiring managers
Define role profiles and prioritize hires
Develop appropriate recruiting strategies
Identify, engage, and qualify candidates across multiple channels
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
Advise stakeholders on salary benchmarks, role profiles, candidate fit, market trends, and hiring decisions
Conduct interviews and facilitate debriefs
Support the offer process
Develop and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and playbooks for clients and Satellite
Share knowledge and support colleagues with recruiting best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a tech environment or hiring a mix of tech and business roles
Experience in active sourcing and in approaching and assessing candidates across multiple channels
Ability to advise stakeholders on market trends, role profiles, and hiring decisions
Experience optimizing recruiting processes and tools
Team-oriented working style and close collaboration with the Satellite team
Fluent English; German skills are a plus
Based in Berlin
Open to hybrid work with one day per week in a Satellite co-working space and occasional on-site days at client locations
