About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a tech environment or with a mix of technical and business roles.
Experience in active sourcing and in approaching and assessing candidates across multiple channels.
Ability to advise stakeholders on market trends, role profiles, and hiring decisions.
Experience optimizing recruiting processes and tools.
Team-oriented work style and close collaboration with colleagues in the Satellite team.
Fluent English; German skills are a plus.
Based in Berlin.
Open to hybrid working.
