About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead all phases of project execution, including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination
Champion a best-in-class safety culture, partnering with field and safety teams to reduce risk and improve performance
Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial outcomes to ensure predictable, profitable delivery
Oversee construction execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and stakeholders, maintaining strong, professional relationships
Direct and develop project teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
Manage change orders, RFIs, and project risks, implementing strategies to protect company interests
Monitor costs, invoices, A/P and A/R, and support forecasting and reporting activities
Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and equipment resources to support efficient project delivery
Lead project closeout, including documentation, financial reconciliation, and contract compliance
Ensure timely and accurate completion of project documentation and reporting requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including refining processes and operational best practices
Contribute to business development efforts, including bidding and proposal support
Mentor team members and support employee development and engagement initiatives
Drive quality control and quality assurance across all phases of project execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of leadership experience within the electrical construction industry, delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience in renewables or power generation projects
Strong understanding of project management, financial controls, and construction operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
