About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support, development and optimization of SAP SD processes (order entry, pricing, shipping, billing)
- Design, customizing and support of SAP CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and the ERP SD module
- Close collaboration with business units as well as the IT department, key users and the Business Process Consulting division
- Implementation of technical requirements in SAP ERP including documentation and test management
- Taking on project/subproject responsibility in national and international SAP projects
- Handling 2nd-level support requests for SD- and CPQ-related issues
- Management and coordination of external service providers as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in SAP SD consulting (in-house or external)
- Solid knowledge of SAP SD customizing (pricing, conditions, documents, partner determination, etc.)
- Experience with SAP CPQ or, alternatively, with other configuration and quotation systems
- Analytical and independent working style combined with a strong team orientation
- Understanding of sales processes in a manufacturing company
- Ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Very good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
- Basic programming knowledge in ABAP is an advantage
