Manage and maintain the SAP system landscape, including planning and coordinating SAP software updates and upgrades
Monitor system performance and perform performance tuning measures
Implement and manage security policies and protocols
Analyze and resolve technical issues and system outages
Oversee planning and execution of backup and recovery processes
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Work closely with other IT teams and business units to support business processes
Manage and coordinate hosting service providers
Provide technical support

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience (min. 5 years) in SAP Basis administration, ideally in a complex corporate environment
Solid knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, Fiori Launchpad and newer SAP technologies in the SAP HANA environment
Experience with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and SAP HANA databases
Knowledge of user and authorization management is desirable
Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication, team orientation and a structured way of working
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
