About the role
- Management and maintenance of the SAP system landscape
- Planning and coordination of SAP software updates and upgrades
- Monitoring system performance and performing performance tuning
- Implementing and managing security policies
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues and system incidents
- Executing backup and recovery processes
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Close collaboration with other IT teams to support business processes
- Managing and coordinating hosting service providers
- Providing technical support
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in SAP Basis administration
- Solid knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, Fiori Launchpad, and modern SAP technologies in the SAP HANA environment
- Experience with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and SAP HANA databases
- Knowledge of user and authorization management is desirable
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
