About the role

  • Execute all relevant steps from analysis and design through to the implementation of ABAP developments for various SAP modules
  • Develop interface/integration concepts for connecting external systems in collaboration with our integration team
  • Prepare technical documentation of concepts, performance optimizations, and analyses, and ensure quality
  • Support users in developing process and problem solutions
  • Provide technical advice to our SAP in-house consultants and external consultants
  • Work independently as part of project teams
  • Contribute to the migration to SAP S/4HANA

Requirements

  • Relevant degree (e.g., university of applied sciences) or equivalent IT training and substantial professional experience in the SAP environment
  • Several years of experience in ABAP development, including the ABAP Workbench and Eclipse
  • Good knowledge of integration/interface technologies (SOAP, REST, OData, SAP CPI)
  • Interest in new technologies
  • Experience in traditional project settings and agile environments using Scrum
  • Systematic and independent working style, with a professional and confident presence
  • Analytical skills and understanding of complex interdependencies
  • Team player with strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Good command of English
