About the role
- Join Sapiens Bangalore team as a Developer (eMerge) in the Life & Pension division

- Set priorities, monitor progress, achieve objectives, solve problems, and make decisions to enhance effectiveness
- Quickly identify critical priorities and contribute to technical design
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with software development of information systems
- Experience with relational databases and SQL at a high level
- Knowledge of eMerge, COBOL, Shell Script, Data Modelling (advantage)
- Knowledge of JIRA (advantage)
- Experience working in an Agile environment (preferred)
- Insurance domain experience (advantage)
- Experience with Rules Based systems (advantage)
- Ability to create Technical Designs
- Willingness to learn new technologies and become proficient quickly
- Ability to work both within a team and independently
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English
