About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform final quality checks and oversee the full product lifecycle.
  • Provide operational support to partners, ensuring high-quality execution and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Monitor ongoing account performance and manage complex schedules, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the system.
  • Maintain precise analytical reports on product performance.
  • Coordinate with other teams to innovate and optimise cross-functional processes for enhanced automation and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software tools.
