About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build and operate cloud-native microservices for our financial services platform
Develop scalable and resilient backend systems using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot
End-to-end ownership of features — from technical design and implementation through testing to production operation
Improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices using modern DevOps tools
Mentor engineers and ensure quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend systems
Deep expertise in Java and/or Kotlin and frameworks such as Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and Kubernetes-based environments
Good understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, and design patterns
Experience with databases and messaging systems such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
