Senior Manager – Strategy & IT Transformation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape SAP Fioneer's future strategy for the Financial Service world in co-innovation projects together with our clients:
- Defining our Business Value Proposition for leading banks and insurances
- Bringing expert level credibility to our cases and business development opportunities
- Analyzing and discussing business needs with the C-Level of our key clients and helping them to actively shape their transformation journey, collaboratively create new solutions and extend the SAP Fioneer product footprint and services at these clients
- Taking full ownership of managing complex transformation projects including relevant co-innovation projects with our key clients end-to-end at the intersection of business and IT – negotiation with and management of joined delivery with partner included
- Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to address client challenges and deliver results
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in successfully shaping and/or delivering large-scale digital innovation and transformation projects for banks or insurances in international strategy (IT) consultancies, financial services or related fields
- Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders incl. third parties and expertise in one of the following fields: core banking and payments, lending, bank management incl. risk, or insurance finance
- Ability to pro-actively interact and discuss new solutions with a variety of stakeholders such as C-level management, sales teams, product engineering departments and to lead and guide a motivated team
- Proven contributions to sales of digital transformation projects at large banks/ insurers and strong network in the Financial Services industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity, with a passion for financial markets and business strategy.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Business fluent in English and German
- Master in business administration, mathematics, commerce or STEM
