About the role
- Create well-structured, concise, and accurate written materials for internal and external product documentation
- Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and overall quality
- Research and define business and technical terminology
- Work closely with team members (developers, product owners, business analysts) to understand project goals and user needs
- Contribute to impactful, real-world projects within SAP Fioneer's cloud-native banking software product
- Option to work from German offices (Berlin, Munich, Walldorf) or home-office in a hybrid setup
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled as a student in a degree program such as Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English, German language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp technical concepts and apply logical reasoning.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and completeness.
- Familiarity with software development and knowledge of financial services industry are considered an asset.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
