About the role

  • After completing your PhD or Master's degree, you will join us as a Business Analyst m/f/d.
  • Ensure that you quickly integrate into your project with tailored project assignments, mentorship, and introductory training.
  • Help companies in the financial services industry achieve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital business innovation.
  • Support our team in developing innovative software solutions with direct impact on financial services operations.
  • Contribute to the further development of the CWP and actively support its product launch process.
  • Business analysis and specification: Analysis of business processes and developing detailed requirements in close cooperation with our customers and development teams.
  • Testing: Carrying out functional and integration tests and creating test cases.
  • Documentation: Creation of user manuals and technical documentation.
  • Product development: Support in the preparation of software products for the market.
  • ISO certification: Contributing to the implementation of and compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent Master’s degree or PhD in Physics, Mathematics, or another Natural Science
  • Above-average abstract thinking capabilities and logic mapping/analytical mindset
  • Interest in Digital Transformation and Financial Services
  • Independent working style, and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Very good language skills in German and English
