Guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Payroll implementation.
Configure Workday to meet business requirements and design specifications; solve complex Workday intersystem problems.
Execute day-to-day activities of Workday integrations/Extend support for a variety of customer contracts (staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, project delivery).
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and evaluate technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.
Become a Workday Integrations expert and build understanding of Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules.
Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge.
Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, and configure, test and deploy integrations solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience implementing and supporting Workday Payroll, including configuration and optimization.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with Workday configuration tools and reporting (e.g., EIB, Advanced Report Writer, Business Process Framework).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions for complex payroll requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across teams and with clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Workday Certified Professional credential (mandatory).
