About the role

Lead the implementation of Workday Accounting Center solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices
Conduct detailed assessments of client financial processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions that meet client objectives
Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including user training and post-deployment support
Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and training materials
Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements to ensure clients benefit from latest features

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday Accounting Center or similar financial management software
At least 3 years of experience in a consulting role with successful Workday implementations
Workday certification required
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts into user-friendly solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels
