About the role
- Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices.
- Partner with HR and Learning stakeholders to capture requirements for Workday Learning.
- Drive configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Learning functionality.
- Track and report sprint progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure learning programs, curricula, and compliance requirements are configured correctly.
- Remove impediments and foster collaboration across teams.
- Support continuous improvement within both Agile delivery and Workday Learning processes.
- Guide Agile teams delivering solutions that improve employee training, development, and compliance through Workday Learning.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master leading HR tech or Workday projects.
- Workday Learning certification and hands-on expertise (configuration, curricula, programs, compliance training).
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Proven success delivering Workday modules in an Agile environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Broader Workday HCM experience (Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation).
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile delivery tools.
- Experience with learning program compliance, reporting, and integrations (e.g., content providers).
- Strong problem-solving and servant leadership mindset.
