About the role
- Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday integrations/Extend support for a variety of customer contracts
- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
- Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions
- Become a Workday Integrations expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and build understanding of Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules
- Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge to grow the practice
- Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and configure, test and deploy integrations solutions
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have extensive experience in Workday Financial Management
- Must have strong expertise in Workday HCM
- Experience with ETL tools and middleware solutions
- Proficiency in writing XSLT transformations and using Integration Studio
- Knowledge of security protocols for data transmission and storage
- Nice to have domain experience in Finance & Accounting
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges
- Must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives
- Must have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements

- Preferred Experience: Previous work experience in a consulting or client-facing role
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with other business software systems and their integration with Workday

- Certifications: Workday Certified Integration Professional (Mandatory)
- Certifications: Workday Core Connector Certification (Desirable)
