About the role
- Lead the implementation of Workday Accounting Center solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Conduct detailed assessments of client financial processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions that meet client objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including user training and post-deployment support.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements, ensuring that clients benefit from the latest features and functionalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday Accounting Center or similar financial management software.
- At least 3 years of experience in a consulting role, with a proven track record of successful Workday implementations.
- Workday certification is required; additional certifications in related fields are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into user-friendly solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
