About the role
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Coach and guide the team in Agile best practices.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensure work is well-defined and prioritized.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements related to Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Ensure timely delivery of Workday configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Remove impediments and support the team in resolving roadblocks.
- Track metrics and provide transparency into sprint progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Workday functional and technical teams to implement enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within HR technology programs.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) and/or certification in Workday Advanced Compensation (configuration, testing, and deployment).
- Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience managing Agile teams with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with other Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting).
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile project tools.
- Prior experience in large-scale Workday implementations or upgrades.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
