Guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Payroll implementation.
Execute day-to-day activities of Workday integrations and Extend support for customer contracts (staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, project delivery).
Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns to project management.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and evaluate technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.
Build understanding across Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules.
Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge to grow the practice.
Work with business and IT stakeholders to establish requirements, configure, test, and deploy integration solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience implementing and supporting Workday Payroll, including configuration and optimization.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with Workday configuration tools and reporting (e.g., EIB, Advanced Report Writer, Business Process Framework).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Workday Certified Professional credential (mandatory).
