About the role
- Analyze and document business processes related to Campus Solutions while working closely with functional users.
- Configure and enhance PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications, particularly in the Campus Solutions area.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in the testing and validation of system upgrades and patches to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices to enhance user engagement and system effectiveness.
- Participate in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines.
- Bridge the gap between IT and user requirements and contribute to continuous improvement of the Campus Solutions environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions as a techno-functional consultant.
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft application development, including PeopleCode, Application Designer, and PeopleSoft Integration Tools.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL, with at least 2 years of experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Experience in system upgrades, implementations, and support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Nice to have: Demonstrated Experience in Change Management / Training users.
