About the role

  • Lead or support the implementation of Workday HCM modules, such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Absence.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from client stakeholders and translate them into system configurations.
  • Configure and customize Workday HCM modules to fit client-specific HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct design workshops, working sessions, and user training to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Develop, test, and deploy business processes, security roles, reports, dashboards, and integrations within Workday HCM.
  • Advise clients on best practices and process improvements to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system updates after implementation, including managing new Workday releases and features.
  • Prepare and deliver documentation, presentations, and status reports to project managers and client teams.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including configuration and implementation of multiple modules.
  • Workday Certified Professional credential is required.
  • Workday HCM functional certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience with Workday reporting, analytics, and business process design.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • (Preferred) Experience with Workday integrations and data migration.
  • (Preferred) Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role.
  • (Preferred) Advanced skills in HR analytics and dashboard creation.
  • (Preferred) Experience with global HR operations and regulatory compliance.
