Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
Coach and guide the team in Agile best practices.
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensure work is well-defined and prioritized.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements related to Workday Advanced Compensation.
Ensure timely delivery of Workday configuration, testing, and deployment.
Remove impediments and support the team in resolving roadblocks.
Track metrics and provide transparency into sprint progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with Workday functional and technical teams to implement enhancements.
Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and configurations aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Scrum Master within HR technology programs.
Certification: Workday Advanced Compensation (configuration, testing, and deployment).
Experience managing Agile teams with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) - preferred.
Experience with other Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting) - preferred.
Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile project tools - preferred.
Prior experience in large-scale Workday implementations or upgrades - preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - preferred.
