Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday integrations and provide support across customer contracts (staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, project delivery)
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions
Develop deep knowledge of Workday Integrations core functionality and build understanding of Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules
Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge to grow the practice
Work directly with business and IT stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, configure, test and deploy integration solutions
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must have extensive experience in Workday Financial Management
Must have strong expertise in Workday HCM
Experience with ETL tools and middleware solutions
Proficiency in writing XSLT transformations and using Integration Studio
Knowledge of security protocols for data transmission and storage
Nice to have domain experience in Finance & Accounting
Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments
Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
