Onshore lead who leads Workday Professional Services Automation & Financials workstream for the assigned set of accounts (Partner certification is mandatory).
Apply and execute various AMS and\or Implementation methodologies\activities in these Workday FINS\PSA engagements
Should collaboratively work with the offshore
earshore teams on day -day activities, incidents, root cause analysis and other work requests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within operations and finance to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday Financial configurations.
Understand Workday Financials product releases and oversee system regression testing.
Good knowledge in SLA constructs and adherence
Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact.
Contribute to the operational efficiency of the Workday practice.
Proactively identify and develop reporting dashboards to improve Workday utilization, creating solutions that support metrics for IT and the business stakeholders.
Work with clients to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframe.
Comfortable with leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Requirements
Must hold relevant Workday Financials and Professional Services Automation certifications specific to the job scope (e.g., Partner certification in Financials and PSA).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Workday Financials and PSA functional roles, particularly in post-production/AMS environments.
Proven experience leading Workday Financials/PSA workstreams in a managed services or global delivery model.
Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules including but not limited to Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Professional Services Automation.
Solid understanding of SLA constructs and operational adherence.
Experience with Workday integrations and platform maintenance (reporting, business processes, security administration, data loads, and audits).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Experience in developing dashboards and reporting solutions to improve system utilization.
Willingness to provide leadership, mentorship, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Workday practice.
