Guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Payroll implementation.
Configure Workday to meet business requirements and design specifications.
Execute day-to-day activities of Workday integrations/Extend support for a variety of customer contracts including staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and project delivery.
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.
Build understanding of Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules and future product direction.
Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge to grow the practice.
Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, and configure, test and deploy integrations solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience implementing and supporting Workday Payroll, including configuration and optimization.
Mandatory Workday Certified Professional credential (mandatory).
