About the role
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Financials modules for various clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on financial processes, best practices, and Workday Financials functionalities.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system integrity.
- Analyze and report on financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with Workday Financials releases and enhancements to provide ongoing value to clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Financials consulting and implementation.
- Workday Financials Certification (Required)
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Any other Workday certifications is a plus
