About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead our eye centers commercially: You will manage the operations of multiple centers from a business perspective and ensure compliance with Sanoptis standards across the facilities.
  • Own operational performance and business targets: You will monitor key operational KPIs including patient satisfaction, financial indicators, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting: You will work with the finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures.
  • Set performance targets: You will conduct performance evaluations and define objectives.
  • Plan regional strategy: You will develop regional strategic plans aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Drive growth through site development: You will identify growth opportunities in your region early and capitalize on them. In close cooperation with the marketing team, you will contribute to increasing patient volumes through effective marketing and promotional strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant professional experience in a demanding environment, e.g., in strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar) or in other fast-paced companies.
  • Proven ability to prepare and communicate business and financial analyses at executive level.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented approach to preparing analyses.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take on substantial responsibility and drive problem-solving independently.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including the ability to influence without formal authority and to secure a key role in decision-making.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts constructively and maintain assertiveness even in difficult situations.
  • Strong organizational and process-management skills.
  • Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level).
